A dark-roasted, fully washed, single farm coffee form the Ahuachapan region of El Salvador. Caramel, cherry cordial, dark chocolate, roast. Primarily Bourbon, Anacafe, Starmaya, and Marsellesa cultivars, along with trace F1 and Pacamara.
We recommend grinding just prior to brewing… so whole beans will be shipped unless otherwise indicated in the ORDER COMMENTS field (Shipping Address Screen) during the CHECKOUT process.
